Court Case Monster allows you to use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to analyze legal documents and generate strategies.We are NOT a law firm and we do not provide legal advice. The results generated by our AI are for informational and educational purposes only. No attorney-client relationship is formed between you and Court Case Monster.
3. Attorney Referral Service
Our "Attorney Audit" tier acts as a referral service to independent law firms, including Albaugh Law. If you purchase this service, your case information will be shared with the partner firm. Any subsequent legal representation is subject to a separate agreement between you and that firm.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Court Case Monster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. You assume full responsibility for any legal filings or actions you take based on our AI's output.
