CourtMonster sells a recurring tennis growth platform, not one-off custom software. Operators choose a monthly platform package, then scope migration or launch help separately.

Platform Packages

  • Starter — $249/mo: Branded public website, programs, camps, clinics, registration, payments, parent portal, basic tournament listings, and tenant data export.
  • Growth — $499/mo: Everything in Starter plus public court booking, coach dashboard, player progress tracking, marketing campaigns, referral tracking, launch closeout, and priority support.
  • Pro — $799/mo: Everything in Growth plus court utilization reporting, advanced reporting, concierge migration hours, custom homepage design pass, campaign strategy, multi-location planning, and quarterly growth review.

Launch Package Ladder

  • Guided Launch — $750: Tenant branding, homepage setup, clean program/camp setup, Stripe, policies, and one launch QA pass.
  • Standard USTA Migration — $1,500: PlayTennis link/page inventory, programs, families, locations, registration CSV support, keep/move/defer checklist, and launch closeout proof.
  • Full White-Glove Launch — $3,500: Custom homepage polish, featured offer setup, data cleanup, migration QA, admin handoff, and public/parent/admin/email/booking journey proof.
  • Founding Implementation Finance — $5,000: Custom implementation financed across the launch relationship for a founding partner, in exchange for case-study and reference rights.

For 904-style first operators, CourtMonster can finance a $5,000 custom implementation as $1,000 due at signing plus $4,000 deferred at $500/month for the first 8 post-launch months.
